About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on Article 2 and Item b) parts (2) article 7 of the Law No. 241/2007 on electronic communications (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 399-410, 679), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 987/2020 about approval of the Management program radio-frequency range for 2021-2025 and the minimum values of cost of reference frequency blocks in case of exposure to the procedure of competitive selection (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 22-32, 34) to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the resolution and appendix No. 1 of the word "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" in any case shall be replaced with words "The ministry of infrastructure and regional development" in the corresponding case;

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) 13) of item 4 to add the subitem with paragraphs of the following content:

"Not geosynchronous fixed satellite service (NGSO) in strips of frequencies of 14,0-14,5 of GHz (Earth - Space) / GHz 10,7-12,75 (Space - Earth)

At the European level of strip of frequencies 14,0-14,5 GHz / 10,7-12,75 of GHz can be used on non-exclusive basis by the fixed land stations working as a part of the satellite NGSO systems according to the Decision of ECC/DEC / (17)04, and mobile land stations (ESIM) working as a part of the satellite NGSO systems according to the Decision of ECC/DEC / (18)05.

The relevant networks can be added in case of need with the land component working at non-exclusive basis in the GHz 17,8-19,3 ranges (Space - Earth) / GHz 27,5-30 (Earth - Space) and 71-76 GHz (Space - Earth) / 81-86 GHz (Earth - Space).
