During introduction in Ukraine of emergency or warlike situation the regional center can issue the recommendation of possibility of provision of service of patronage over the child to the candidate for foster tutors and the volunteer assistant in case of successful passing of basic course of training by them.
The decision on provision of service of patronage over the child and the conclusion of the agreement on conditions of introduction of patronage is accepted within five calendar days according to the order of the rural, settlement, city chairman issued based on the representation prepared by service taking into account the recommendation of possibility of provision of the service of patronage over the child issued to the candidate for foster tutors by the regional center.
