According to subitem 39-1) of Item 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state regulation of development of agro-industrial complex and the rural territories" and the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of subsidizing of expense recovery, suffered by the national company in the field of agro-industrial complex in case of realization of foodgrain for the regulating impact on the domestic market.

2. To provide to department of agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since February 1, 2022.
