About additional measures of stimulation of development and industrialization of cultivation of giant-fennel in the republic

For the purpose of preserving and ensuring recovery of natural reserves of wild-growing giant-fennel in the republic, creations of plantations of giant-fennel by means of cultivation, the organizations of cooperation of the companies of conversion and households, stimulations of conversion of the raw materials received from giant-fennel and export of finished and semi-finished goods, and also broad investment attraction to this sphere:

1. Assign to Committee on development of silkworm breeding and the woolen industry (further - Committee) the following additional tasks on ensuring the accelerated development of cultivation of giant-fennel:

rendering assistance to the business entities performing activities on the pasturable land belonging to Committee in the organization of preserving, protection, effective recovery and reproduction of wild-growing giant-fennel;

implementation of monitoring of creation of the cultural plantations of giant-fennel corresponding to climatic conditions of regions of the republic;

creation in regions of the republic of conditions for increase in amount of industrial conversion and export of giant-fennel as finished goods, and also expansion of the markets of products.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 30.01.2025 No. UP-15

3. Approve the offer of Committee, Association of producers and exporters of giant-fennel and Association on development of pasturable farms about accession of Association of producers and exporters of giant-fennel to Association on development of pasturable farms.

4. Approve Forecast indicators of construction of plantations of giant-fennel on pasturable land in 2022 - 2026 according to appendix No. 1.
