About the medicines and medical products compensated from funds of compulsory medical insurance

Based on Art. 2 of the Regulations on appointment and leave of the compensated drugs and medical products for treatment in out-patient conditions of persons registered at the family doctor approved by the Order of the Government No. 106/2022 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, No. 61-67, to the Art. 153), we ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) the List of International non-proprietary names of the medicines compensated from funds of compulsory medical insurance according to appendix No. 1;

2) the List of Names of the medical products compensated from funds of compulsory medical insurance according to appendix No. 2;

3) the Form of the recipe model on the medicines and medical products compensated from funds of compulsory medical insurance according to appendix No. 3;

4) the Instruction for filling of the recipe on the medicines and medical products compensated from funds of compulsory medical insurance according to appendix No. 4.

2. To provide to territorial agencies of medical insurance company (further - NMSK) informing suppliers of the medical and pharmaceutical services included in system of compulsory medical insurance (further - compulsory health insurance) about procedure for compensation of medicines and medical products from compulsory health insurances funds, according to provisions of the regulatory base.
