About approval of the Program of actions for reintegration of the country for 2022

Based on Item a) article 3 of the Law No. 205/2021 on the government budget for 2022 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 315-324, 478), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the Program of actions for reintegration of the country for 2022 it (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Finance to perform financing of expenses on the actions provided in the Program of actions for reintegration of the country for 2022 based on the payment documents submitted to regional treasuries by receivers of financial resources.

3. To the receivers of financial resources provided in the Program of actions for reintegration of the country for 2022 to perform the following measures:

1) to realize the actions included in the Program until the end of the IV quarter 2022;

2) to provide to the State office (Bureau the politician on reintegration) annual statements about use of the allocated funds for implementation of actions included in the Program.

4. The state office (Bureau the politician on reintegration) until the end of the I quarter 2023 to submit to the Ministry of Finance the closing annual statement about implementation of the Program stated above.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
