Approve the enclosed Rules of rendering the state service "Issue of the Sanitary and Epidemiologic Conclusion about Compliance of Object of the High Epidemic Importance to Regulatory Legal Acts in the field of Sanitary and Epidemiologic Wellbeing of the Population on Objects of Bodies of Homeland Security of the Republic of Kazakhstan" according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to the military-medical center (department) of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.
