2. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

Changes and additions made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 24, 2017 No. UP-5120 "About Measures for Implementation of System of Project Management in the Republic of Uzbekistan":

a) to recognize Item 1 and appendix to the Decree invalid;

b) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Transform the National agency of project management in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the National agency of perspective projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Agency).

Determine priority tasks and activities of the Agency:

development and realization of single state policy in the field of turnover crypto - assets;

ensuring compliance with the rights and legitimate interests of investors in the field of turnover crypto - assets;
