1. Approve the enclosed Rules of payment of monthly allowance to children of separate categories of the military personnel who died in case of fulfillment of duties of military service.
2. Determine that financial provision of the payment commitments of the Russian Federation connected with payment of monthly allowance to children of separate categories of the military personnel who died in case of fulfillment of duties of military service (further - monthly allowance), is performed taking into account expenses on delivery of the specified benefit to receivers within the means provided on these purposes by Federal Medical Biological Agency in the federal budget for the corresponding year.
3. To the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation by preparation of the draft of the federal budget for the corresponding year to provide the means necessary for payment of monthly allowance.
4. Recommend to public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation to determine procedure for representation by bodies in the field of social protection of the population, authorized bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation according to the legislation of subjects of the Russian Federation, the information about receivers of monthly allowance and on the need for the means of the federal budget provided on payment of monthly allowance, in Federal Medical Biological Agency, and also procedure for control of reliability of the represented data.
