About measures for further enhancement of system of ensuring seismic safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan
In recent years in the country large-scale complex measures for development of spheres of seismology, ensuring seismic stability of constructions and seismic safety, and also radical increase in efficiency of activities of the profile organizations are realized. Now consecutive continuation of reforms in these spheres, implementation of new methods of ensuring seismic safety of the population is important.
For the purpose of ensuring targeting of reforms in spheres of seismology, ensuring seismic stability of constructions and seismic safety, widespread introduction to the specified spheres of digital technologies, determinations of the priority directions of raising of process of training of highly qualified personnel on qualitatively new level:
1. Approve:
The concept of enhancement of system of ensuring seismic safety of the population and the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan till 2025 (further - the Concept), and also its target measures and indicators according to appendices No. No. 1 and 1a;
"Road map" on realization in 2022-2023 of the Concept of enhancement of system of ensuring seismic safety of the population and the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan till 2025 (further - "Road map") according to appendix No. 2*.
* Appendix No. 2 is given in the text in Uzbek.
Determine that "Road map" on implementation of the Concept in 2024-2025 affirms the Cabinet of Ministers separately.
2. Determine that the Concept and its target indicators provide:
a) within the direction of seismology:
enhancement of the mechanism of researches of the mechanism of origin and the nature of earthquakes, manifestations of harbingers of earthquakes in different geodynamic conditions;
development of online maps of seismic microdivision into districts of the territories in macroseismic points and engineering indicators;
development of the mid-scale card of tectonic breaks of the earth of different level and assessment of their seismic potential;
