1. Approve the Procedure for determination of estimated value of blocks of shares of the joint-stock companies offered for competitive sale it (is applied).
2. To provide to department of assessment of property, property rights and professional estimative activity (N. Lebid) registration of this Procedure in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Consider No. which voided the order FGIU "About Approval of the Procedure for Determination of Initial Cost of Blocks of Shares of Public Joint Stock Companies in case of Sale at Tenders" of May 17, 2002 854, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 4, 2002 for No. 476/6764.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund D. Parfenenko.
