Article 1. "i) for the purpose of removal of organs and (or) tissues of the person";

To add 3) with Article 115-1 of the following content:

"Article 115-1. Compulsion of the person to consent to withdrawal at it of bodies and (or) fabrics for transplantation

Compulsion of the person to consent to the withdrawal at it of bodies and (or) fabrics for transplantation made using violence or with threat of its application -

it is punished by restriction of freedom from three to five years or imprisonment from three to five years with deprivation of certain right from one to three years.

The same actions made concerning person, obviously for the guilty person who is down and out or in material, job or other dependency from the guilty person -

are punished by imprisonment from five to eight years";

4) in Article 133:

to state the name and disposition of part one in the following edition:

"Article 133. Violation of conditions and (or) procedure for withdrawal and organ transplantation and (or) tissues of the person

Violation of the established conditions and (or) procedure for withdrawal and organ transplantation and (or) tissues of the person, except the cases provided by Articles 115-1, 133-1, 133-2 of this Code, and is equal removal of organs or tissues of the died person for preservation in the scientific or educational purposes without its intravital consent";

are punished by imprisonment from five to ten years.

Article 133-2. Export out of limits of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the transplanted bodies and (or) tissues of the person

Export out of limits of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the transplanted bodies and (or) tissues of the person -

it is punished by restriction of freedom from three to five years or imprisonment from three to five years with deprivation of certain right from one to three years";

Article 2. Article 3. In paragraph five of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 17, 2008 No. ZRU-154 "About counteraction to human trafficking" (in edition of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 17, 2020 No. ZRU-633) (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2020, No. 8, Art. 490; 2021, appendix to No. 4) of the word "removal of organs, fabrics and (or) cells of the person" shall be replaced with words "removal of organs and (or) tissues of the person".

Article 4. From part one of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 27, 2010 No. ZRU-276 "About burial and funeral case" (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2010, No. 12, Art. 476; 2017, No. 9, Art. 510; 2019, No. 11, Art. 792; 2021, 4, No. 10, the Art. 973) the words "on removal of organs and (or) fabrics from his body (remains)" to exclude appendix to No.

Article 5. To provide to the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other interested organizations execution, bringing to contractors and explanation among the population of essence and value of this Law.

Article 6. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

bring decisions of the government into accord with this Law;

provide review and cancellation by state bodies of their regulatory legal acts contradicting this Law.

Article 7. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
