About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Safety of Objects of Fuel and Energy Complex" and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 21, 2011 No. 256-FZ "About safety of objects of fuel and energy complex" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 30, Art. 4604; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3455; 2014, No. 42, Art. 5615; 2016, No. 11, Art. 1495; No. 27, Art. 4160; No. 28, Art. 4558; 2020, No. 17, Art. 2717; 2021, No. 24, Art. 4188) following changes:

1) in Article 1 of the word "the physical persons and legal entities owning on the property right or other legitimate right objects of fuel and energy complex" shall be replaced with words "subjects of fuel and energy complex";

2) in Article 2:

a) declare Item 5 invalid;

b) in Item 13 of the word "legitimate right" shall be replaced with words "legal cause", to add with words ", and also economic societies in relation to which the specified legal entities are subsidiaries (further - the subjects of fuel and energy complex which are parent organizations)";

c) state Item 14 in the following edition:
