About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

1) in Item 12:

in subitem 1-2:

the second offer after the words "its sales" to add with the words "on all foreign currencies";

add the subitem with the new offer of the following content: "The amount of excess of total amount of purchase of cash foreign currency over amount of its sales is calculated in dollar equivalent which is calculated based on the official rate of hryvnia to foreign currencies established by the National Bank of Ukraine for date of such calculation;";

to add Item after subitem 6 with new subitem 6-1 of the following content:

"6-1) implementation of transactions by bank on conditions "swap" with the foreign depositary bank having the account in securities in the National Bank of Ukraine on purchase and sale of foreign currency if the first part of the transaction provides sale of foreign currency by bank to the foreign depositary bank having the account in securities in the National Bank of Ukraine;";

add Item with the new subitem of the following content:
