About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 18, 2011 No. 220 "About approval of Rules of registration of aircrafts of the state aircraft of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 18, 2011 No. 220 "About approval of Rules of registration of aircrafts of the state aircraft of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at No. 7148) the following changes and amendment:

in Rules of registration of the aircrafts of the state aircraft of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:

2) of item 4 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"2) the act of acceptance transfer of the aircraft in form, according to appendix of 1 Album of forms of accounting documentation for the public institutions (further – the Album) approved by the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 2, 2011 No. 390 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at No. 7126);";

3) of Item 5 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"3) the act of acceptance transfer of the aircraft in form, according to appendix of 1 Album;";

add with Item 7 of the following content:

"7. The basis for refusal in registration of the aircraft in the Register (exception of the Register, issue of the duplicate of the Notification) is submission of the incomplete list of documents according to Items 4, of 5 and 6 these rules.".

2. To provide to management of the commander-in-chief Silami of air defense of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication;
