Bring in Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 26, 2022 No. 162 "About features of payment and delivery of pensions, money allowances for the period of introduction of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 20, the Art. 1065, No. 26, the Art. 1427) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 26, 2022 No. 492, changes which are applied.

Add Item after paragraph two with the new paragraph of the following content:
"in case of receipt in the Ministry of social policy and/or the Pension fund of Ukraine information from National Bank on impossibility to perform authorized banks issue of pension amounts, money allowances to receivers in the territories of the territorial communities located around carrying out military (fighting) operations or being in temporary occupation, environment (blocking) which are determined by the Ministry of questions of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories according to Procedure for assistance on accommodation inside to the displaced persons approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2022 No. 332" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 26, the Art. 1418), their payment in the next payable period to receivers, according to which current accounts within 60 days preceding date of the notification on impossibility to perform issue of pension amounts, money allowances account transactions and which since February 24, 2022 did not address to bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine or to social security authorities of the population concerning payment method it pensions, money allowances were not made, it is performed through JSC Ukrpochta (on condition of confirmation of technical capability by it to perform payment and delivery of pensions, money allowances and submission of the report on pension payment, money allowances in the corresponding territories for the expired payable period). The list of receivers according to whose current accounts account transactions were not made provides authorized bank respectively to the Ministry of social policy and/or the Pension fund of Ukraine;".
