1. Bring in the Procedure for state registration (re-registration) for medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 26, 2005 No. 376 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 22, Art. 1196; 2015, No. 67, Art. 2210; 2020, No. 34, the Art. 1137), change which is applied.
2. Determine that paragraphs two and third Item of 1 amount of collection for state registration (re-registration) of medicines and paragraphs the fourth - the seventh Item 2, Items 3-5 and 3- 8, paragraphs two - the fourth Item 5, the paragraph the fifth Item 6, paragraphs the fourth, fifth Item 9 and paragraph two of Item 10 of the Procedure for state registration (re-registration) of medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 26, 2005 No. 376 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 22, Art. 1196; 2007, No. 83, Art. 3078; 2020, No. 34, Art. 1137), are effective till April 1, 2023.
