About modification of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 9, 2022 No. 426

According to article 12-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation" and for the purpose of requirements satisfaction of Armed Forces, the sector of safety and defense, and also development of economy in the conditions of the warlike situation Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Make change to Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 9, 2022 No. 426 "About application of prohibition of commodity importation from the Russian Federation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 33, of the Art. 1785), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:

"Goods which movement on the territory of the Russian Federation is performed by transit and the goods imported from the Russian Federation including goods origin from the third countries, can be placed in customs regime of import if their import to Ukraine is performed till February 24, 2022 inclusive.".
