About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning information security and cyberprotection

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", the Law of Ukraine "About payment services" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning information security and cyberprotection in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 19, 2021 No. 43 "About approval of the Regulations on information security and cyberprotection in payment systems" the following changes:

 Shall be replaced with words 1) in heading of the word "in payment systems" "participants of the payment market";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 1 of the word "in payment systems" "participants of the payment market".

2. Approve Changes in the Regulations on information security and cyberprotection in payment systems approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 19, 2021 No. 43, which are applied.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Kirill Shevchenko.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of enforcement of the Law of Ukraine "About payment services".
