About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on beekeeping No. 70/2006 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 247-251, 754), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. In all text of the law of the word "Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry" in the corresponding case.

2. In Article 3:

in the concept "genetic material" of the word "swarm with uterus" to exclude;

add Article with the concept "information system" of the following content:

"information system - set of the information resources and technologies which are under authority of the National agency on safety of foodstuff in the form of web application which is used by beekeepers and agricultural producers for the purpose of registration and provision each other of information on application of means of phytosanitary appointment and the means increasing fertility of the soil and also on arrangement of apiaries.".

3. In Article 7:
