DECISION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTORATE OF FUND OF GUARANTEEING HOUSEHOLD DEPOSITS OF UKRAINE

of April 13, 2022 No. 243

About approval of Changes in Regulations on procedure for informing the public on system of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Item 12, article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits solved 10 parts one of Article:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on procedure for informing the public on system of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 23, 2012 No. 10, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 14, 2012 for No. 1370/21682, which are applied.

2. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

4. And the international organizations to provide to management of public relations placement of this decision on the official website of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits after its state registration.

5. Control over the implementation of this decision to leave for the managing director.
