About provision of subsidies

Based on paragraphs of first and third of part two of subitem 9.2 of Item 9 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2014 No. 347 "About the state agrarian policy", the paragraph of the fourteenth of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 2, 2010 No. 161-Z "About veterinary activities", and also subitem 3.5 of Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 1, 2021 "About the State program "Agrarian business" for 2021-2025" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 59

1. Establish the list of the organizations to which subsidies for payment of part of interest for using the loans granted in Belarusian rubles in 2022-2025 on the conditions determined by banks for the term which is not exceeding 12 years on implementation of investment projects on reconstruction of upgrade (technical retrofitting) and to construction of rooms on the livestock, poultry-farming, rabbit-breeding and animal-breeding objects existing and earlier begun with construction, according to appendix are provided.

2. The subsidies specified in Item 1 of this resolution:

2.1. are provided monthly at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided on other questions in the field of agricultural industry within the amounts approved by the law on the republican budget for the corresponding financial year in the amount of the refunding rate of National Bank operating (taking into account its change) in the corresponding period of charge of percent on the credits, during the term of charge of interest for using the credits;

2.2. are not provided for payment of part of the percent added on the amount overdue and (or) the deferred (spread) debt on principal debt on the credits.
