About establishment of structure and format of the notification in the form of the electronic document
Based on subitems 10.7 and 10.30 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish structure and format of the non-availability notice of need of modification (amendments) of the data declared in the customs declaration submitted in case of preliminary customs declaration of goods in the form of the electronic document according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2022.
