1. Bring in the Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2022 No. 222 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1297), - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 29, 2022 No. 489, changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

1. To state paragraphs of the first and second of Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. Since June 1, 2022 and during action of warlike situation, and also within six months after its termination or cancellation of Gas-supplying Company Naftogaz of Ukraine LLC realizes natural gas to operators of gas-distribution systems in the amount of the normative, overtime losses and production and technological costs, losses caused by military operations and suffered in connection with prevention/settlement of humanitarian crisis situations based on the purchase and sale agreement of natural gas at the prices and on conditions according to appendix 2.
