Based on paragraph two of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 2021 No. 9 "About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus", Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. "About determination of format and structure of the data transferred to system of marking" to state subitem 19.1 of Item 19 of appendix 1 to the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of May 17, 2021 to No. 41 in the following edition:

"19.1. Number of the declaration on goods

X … … X – code of the customs authority which registered the declaration on goods according to the qualifiers of customs authorities used in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (in the Republic of Armenia the 2-unit code of customs authority, in the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic – 5-unit, in the Russian Federation – 8-unit is specified);
DDMMGG – date of issue, signings, approvals or registration of the document (day, month, two last figures of year);
ННННННН – sequence number of the customs paper according to the magazine of registration
