1. Approve Rules of maintaining books of accounting of documents and cases of documents of title in case of state registration of the rights to real estate and transactions with it according to appendix.

2. Determine that this order becomes effective since April 1, 2002.

Rules of maintaining books of accounting of documents and cases of documents of title in case of state registration of the rights to real estate and transactions with it

I. General provisions

1. about other documents.

5. The bodies performing state registration of the rights keep the following books of accounting of documents:

book of accounting of incoming documents;

the book of accounting of the granted certificates on state registration of the rights;

the book of accounting of the issued information on the registered rights;
