Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 31, 2014 No. 1134 "About delivery of health care in the territory of the Russian Federation to citizens of the Russian Federation, citizens of Ukraine, citizens of the Donetsk People's Republic, citizens of the Luhansk People's Republic and persons without citizenship who were constantly living in the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, by force left the territory of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic and arrived to the territory of the Russian Federation in the emergency mass procedure, and compensation for the account of means of the federal budget of the expenses connected with rendering medical care to them and also costs on carrying out to specified persons of the preventive inoculations included in calendar of preventive inoculations according to epidemic indications and costs on performing obligatory medical examination of persons received the certificate on consideration of the petition for recognition by the refugee in essence, the persons who submitted the application for provision of provisional asylum in the territory of the Russian Federation, and arrived with specified persons of members of their families" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 45, Art. 6227; 2015, No. 9, Art. 1321; 2016, No. 1, Art. 243; 2017, No. 19, Art. 2853; 2022, No. 11, Art. 1692; No. 21, Art. 3475).
