About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning notariate and state registration in the conditions of warlike situation
According to article 12-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation", to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides No. 64:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning notariate and state registration in the conditions of warlike situation of change which are applied.
2. Determine that:
1) requirements of subitem 10-6 of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2022 No. 209 "Some questions of state registration and functioning of unified and state registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice, in the conditions of warlike situation" are not applied to the state registrars of legal entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs and public forming, the state registrars of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances which on the date of entry into force of this resolution had access to unified and state registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice;
2) access to unified and state registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice in connection with entry into force of this resolution is provided to users according to their addresses to the technical administrator of such registers according to the procedure, determined by the legislation.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
