To fund for management of state-owned property under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic to transfer in accordance with the established procedure to the state company "Kyrgyztransneftegaz" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic objects of the gas-technical constructions located in the territory of the oil and gas field "Northern Dried" of Kadamzhaysky district of Batken Province on the right of operational management.
