About some questions of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize republican public institutions according to appendix to this Decree.

2. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing and is subject to official publication.
