1. Agree with offers of the Ministry of Economic Development and reducing poverty, the Ministry of investments and foreign trade, the Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of water economy and khokimiyat of the Tashkent region on:

to creation of Technopark of "Eltech Industrial" (further - Technopark) in Akhangaransky district of the Tashkent region directed to production with high value added by conversion of copper and rare metals;

to removal from structure of the free economic zone Angren according to appendix No. 1 and to transfer from category of lands of agricultural purpose in category of lands of the industry in total hectare 138,0, from them 120,7 of hectare of the irrigated empty parcels of land of agricultural purpose in the territory of this free economic zone in Akhangaransky district of the Tashkent region for placement of Technopark.

2. Determine the main activities of Technopark:

production of electrical equipment, electronics and other products with high value added by development of multistage technological chains of conversion of copper, rare metals and other ore mineral resources;

equipment manufacturing and the technicians used in mining and metallurgical and allied industries of the industry, spare parts and component parts to them, the automation equipment and other equipment;

realization in the territory of Technopark of the investment projects conforming to standards of ecology and labor protection by use of energy efficient and "green" technologies;
