About the instruction on the organization, ensuring functioning and safety of data transmission channels in the integrated information system of the Eurasian Economic Union

For the purpose of realization of Items 23 and 30 of the Protocol on information and communication technologies and information exchange within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 3 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Eurasian economic board solved:

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction on the organization, ensuring functioning and safety of data transmission channels in the integrated information system of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

I. General provisions

1. This Instruction is developed according to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of June 2, 2016 No. 50 (chipboard) and determines procedure for the organization, ensuring functioning and safety of secure channels of data transmission between integration and national segments of the integrated information system of the Eurasian Economic Union (further respectively - the integrated system, the Union), and also between national segments of the integrated system (further - secure channels of data transmission).
