About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 8, 2022 No. 230 and the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 14, 2022 No. 477

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 8, 2022 No. 230 "About approval of the basic standard rate of assignment of the part of profit directed to dividend payout by results of financial and economic activities in 2021 of economic societies in which authorized capital there are corporate laws of the state" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, of the Art. 1312, of the Art. 1372) and the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 14, 2022 to No. 477 "Some questions of annual general meetings of joint-stock company "National joint stock company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" of change which are attached.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since June 30, 2022.

2. To state Item 3 of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 14, 2022 to No. 477 in the following edition:
"3. Approve the following distribution of net profit of NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy for 2021 and the size of annual dividends:
30 percent of net profit in the amount of 3915452, of 7 thousand hryvnias - go for dividend payout in the government budget;
