1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out land amnesty" of May 31, 2022 No. 291 the following changes:
in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out land amnesty approved by the specified resolution:
- in the paragraph the second Item 10 of the word "within 3 months" to exclude;
- in Item 12 of the word "After 3 Months from the date of the Beginning of Collection of Statements and Documents, following the results of" shall be replaced with words "Following the results of".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
