About features of realization of state policy in spheres of employment and obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case during warlike situation and after its termination or cancellation
According to Article part seven 23, to Item 3-3 of the Section VIII "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" and to Item 5-2 of the Section XI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for assistance on unemployment which is applied.
2. Determine that for the period of warlike situation:
to persons and subjects of managing which on the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of April 21, 2022 No. 2220-IX "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning functioning of spheres of employment and obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case during action of warlike situation" appoints respectively payment of material security to case of unemployment or benefits on partial unemployment or compensations determined by the Laws of Ukraine "About employment of the population" and "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" such payments are performed with observance of conditions, stipulated by the legislation, No. 2220-IX operating before entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of April 21, 2022 "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning functioning of spheres of employment and obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case during action of warlike situation";
