About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

Item 3 to add 1) with the new subitem of the following content:

"5) from accounts of diplomatic representations, consular establishments of foreign states in Ukraine.";

Item 5 to add 2) with the new subitem of the following content:

"7) diplomatic representations, consular establishments of foreign states in Ukraine.";

The subitem 13 of Item 12 to state 3) in the following edition:

"13) purchases of foreign currency by the state bodies authorized according to the legislation of Ukraine to perform operational search, counterintelligence, intelligence activities or pre-judicial investigation.";

The resolution after Item 12-8 to add 4) with two new Items 12-9, 12-10-of the following content:

"12-9-9. The resident client owes the foreign currency purchased since July 11, 2022 in accordance with the established procedure through bank to use no later than in two working days after day of its transfer on its current account on the purposes specified in the statement for purchase of foreign currency.
