I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 22, 2014 No. 68 "About approval of Rules of forming of the delivery plan of the liquefied oil gas on the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9890) the following changes:

in the Rules of forming of the delivery plan of the liquefied oil gas on the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:

"1. These rules of forming of the delivery plan of the liquefied oil gas on the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 18) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About gas and gas supply" (further – the Law).";

4, 5 and 6 to state Items in the following edition:

"4. The delivery plan includes the amounts of the liquefied oil gas obligatory to realization by suppliers in the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan out of commodity exchanges and through such exchanges.

5. Have the right of acquisition of the liquefied oil gas realized within the delivery plan out of commodity exchanges:

1) owners of gas-filling stations;

2) owners of group reservoir installations;

3) owners of gas-filling Items;

4) owners of autogas-filling stations;

5) the industrial consumers included in the list of the industrial consumers using the liquefied oil gas as raw materials for production of petrochemical products (further – the list).
