1. Bring in the order of the Minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 13, 2021 No. 370 "About approval of Distribution of functions and powers between authorized body in the field of environmental protection and territorial subdivisions" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 24385) the following change:
in appendix 1 to the specified order:

"1. Authorized body in the field of environmental protection the objects of the planned activities which are subject to obligatory environmental impact assessment according to the Section 1 of appendix 1 to the Ecological Code, the screening of impacts of the planned activities in cross-border context provided by the international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan are subject to ecological assessment.
In other cases on objects of the planned activities, ecological assessment is carried out by territorial subdivisions of authorized body in the field of environmental protection.".
2. To provide to committee of ecological regulation and control of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
