1.1. to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:
"Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 12 prices (producers) "Report on the prices of producers of industrial output (services)" (are applied) and to enact it starting with the report from December 21, 2018 till January 20, 2019;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12 prices (producers) "Report on the prices of producers of industrial output (services)" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report from December 21, 2018 till January 20, 2019";
1.2. exclude Item 2;
1.3. in Item 3 of the word "Item 1" shall be replaced with words "subitem 1.1 of Item 1";
1.4. in the form of the state statistical reporting 12 prices (producers) "Report on the prices of producers of the industrial output (services)" approved by this resolution:
