Based on part three of Item 19 of appendix 1 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2018 "About customs regulation" and in pursuance of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 15, 2022 No. 142 "About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 490

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2019 No. 406 "About measures for implementation of the Agreement on the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union" the following changes:

1.1. to exclude from subitems 1.4 and 1.5 of Item 1 of the word "action of part one of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2014 No. 360, does not extend and";

1.2. to state paragraph two of part two of subitem 2.10 of Item 2 in the following edition:

"the cost, weight and (or) goods quantity, sent in one international mailing, exceed the legislations established by acts in the field of customs regulation or decisions of the Eurasian economic commission cost, weight and (or) quantitative regulations of import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union in the Republic of Belarus of goods for private use without payment of customs duties, taxes;";

1.3. to exclude from names of appendices 4 and 5 to this resolution of the word "action of part one of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2014 No. 360 does not extend and".

2. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

subitems 1.1 and 1.3 of Item 1 - since July 26, 2022;
