About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of April 6, 2022 No. 212/10

For the purpose of determination of temporary payment procedure on the government securities placed in the foreign financial markets for timely and their complete implementation and based on part one of subitem 2.11 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 14, 2022 "About additional measures for ensuring stable functioning of economy" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE No. 93:

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of April 6, 2022 No. 212/10 "About temporary measures for execution of external state debt obligations" the following changes:

1.1. preamble after the words "and other organizations" to add with words "to the government securities placed in the foreign financial markets (further - eurobonds),";

1.2. state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Due to the unfriendly measures from foreign creditors including which are followed by suspension of financing of projects implementation and (or) limiting possibility of carrying out by the Government of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank as his financial agent of payments in US dollars and euro to perform obligation fulfillment of the Republic of Belarus on repayment and servicing of the eurobonds and external state loans attracted from foreign creditors according to the list according to appendix (further - creditors), in Belarusian rubles on the official rate of Belarusian ruble to the corresponding foreign currency for date of the actual implementation of payment.";

1.3. to add Item 2 after part three with parts of the following content:
