1. 1) the direction of this order in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.

Regulations on Committee of treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. Republican public institution "Committee of treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – Committee) performs management in the field of execution of the republican budget and servicing of execution of local budgets, National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Fund of compensation by the victim, and also realizable functions in the field of the organization and carrying out centralized public procurements.

2. The committee performs the activities according to the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, and also this Provision.

Chapter 2. Tasks, functions, rights and obligations of Committee

13. Tasks:

1) execution of the republican budget and servicing of execution of local budgets, National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Fund of compensation by the victim;

2) forming and approval of the consolidating plan of financing according to obligations, the consolidating plan of receipts and financing on payments under the republican budget;

3) ensuring distribution of receipts between republican, local budgets, National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Fund of compensation by the victim, budgets of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further – EEU);

4) the enhancement of information systems of treasury directed to improvement of quality of execution of the republican budget, treasurer servicing of execution of local budgets, National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Fund to compensation by the victim, ensuring smooth functioning and information security of information systems of treasury;

5) conducting budget accounting;

6) consolidation of the financial reporting on republican and to local budgets;

7) providing structural divisions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan with budget reports on republican and to local budgets;

8) providing structural divisions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, authorized state bodies, state members of EEU and Eurasian economic commission (further - ECE) the reporting under receipts in the budget;

9) international cooperation on the questions entering competence of Committee;

10) participation in preparation of drafts of international treaties within competence of Committee on EEU;

11) management of budget money;
