DECISION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTORATE OF FUND OF GUARANTEEING HOUSEHOLD DEPOSITS OF UKRAINE

of April 26, 2022 No. 267

About approval of Changes in Regulations on procedure of payments, charges and payments of charges in Fund of guaranteeing household deposits and the Rule of submission of the reporting by members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Item 10 parts one, item 4 of part four and part six of Article 12, Item 20, subitems 1 and 2 of Item 21 of the Section X "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits solved:

1. Approve Changes in Regulations on procedure of payments, charges and payments of charges in Fund of guaranteeing household deposits and Rule of submission of the reporting by members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits who are applied.

2. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. For public relations and the international organizations to provide to management placement of this decision on the official website of Fund after its state registration.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
