the statement for issue of the statement from the register of licenses;

the statement for issue of the duplicate of the document confirming license availability (the copy of the document confirming license availability);

the notification on acceptance to consideration of the documents submitted for provision of the license;

the return note of the documents submitted for provision of the license;

notification on provision of the license;

the notification on renewal of the document confirming availability (or prolongation of effective period) licenses;

the notification on refusal in provision of the license;

the notification on refusal in renewal of the document confirming license availability;

the notification on issue of the duplicate of the document confirming license availability (the copy of the document confirming license availability);

the statement from the register of licenses;

the instruction about elimination of violations of the law of the Russian Federation;
