About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Regulations of bill works of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 24, 2012 No. 748

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Regulations of bill works of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 24, 2012 No. 748 the following changes:

2) in the Regulations of bill works of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the specified resolution:

- state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. The Cabinet of Ministers participates in bill activities by means of development and promotion in accordance with the established procedure of drafts of the laws.
The chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers exercises power to initiate legislation by means of introduction of bills for consideration of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Jogorku Kenesh) according to the plan of bill works of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic (planned bills) or out of this plan (unplanned bills).";
- in Item 2 the word "Government" in different cases shall be replaced with words "Cabinet of Ministers" in the corresponding cases;
- in Item 3:
