About approval of Regulations of bill works of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of further enhancement of the organization and coordination of bill activities of the ministries, the state committee, administrative departments, and also decides improvement of quality of the developed drafts of the laws of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Approve Regulations of bill works of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Regulations) according to appendix.

2. To the ministries, state committee, administrative departments:

- accept Regulations to management and strict execution;

- organize work in central offices and structural divisions on studying of provisions of Regulations.

3. Recognize invalid:

- Resolution The governments of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Regulations of bill works of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 4, 2008 No. 419;

- The order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of August 4, 2008 No. 419 "About approval of Regulations of bill works of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 14, 2009 No. 526.
