3.2. Repeated making of the administrative offense provided by part 3.1 of this Article -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from twenty thousand to thirty thousand rubles; on officials - from forty thousand to sixty thousand rubles with confiscation of the vehicle which is the tool of making of administrative offense or without that; on legal entities - from sixty thousand to hundred thousand rubles with confiscation of the vehicle which is the tool of making of administrative offense or without that.

3.3. The actions provided by part 3.1 of this Article, made with use of cargo vehicles, trail cars to them, tractors and other self-propelled machines -

attract imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from forty thousand to fifty thousand rubles; on officials - from sixty thousand to eighty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from hundred thousand to hundred twenty thousand rubles.

3.4. Repeated making of the administrative offense provided by part 3.3 of this Article -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from sixty thousand to seventy thousand rubles; on officials - from eighty thousand to hundred thousand rubles with confiscation of cargo vehicles, trail cars to them, tractors and other self-propelled machines which are tools of making of administrative offense or without that; on legal entities - from hundred fifty thousand to two hundred thousand rubles with confiscation of cargo vehicles, trail cars to them, tractors and other self-propelled machines which are tools of making of administrative offense or without that.";

In paragraph one of part 5 of Article 8.13 of the word "water objects -" shall be replaced with words 5) "the water objects, except as specified, provided by parts 3.1 - 3.4 Articles 8.2 of this Code, -";

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Items 1, of 2, of 10, of the 12 and 13 article 1 of this Federal Law.

2. Items 1, of 2, of 10, of the 12 and 13 article 1 of this Federal Law become effective after hundred eighty days after day of official publication of this Federal Law.
