About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning provision of the status of the member of the family of the died (died) Defender or the Defender of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. Permit to use till March 1, 2023 for issue to persons specified in article 10-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection", earlier made forms of certificates with text "The certificate of the member of the family of the dead" which are valid during the term for which they are issued, and/or before their replacement in accordance with the established procedure.
3. Determine that the certificates with text "The certificate of the member of the family of the dead" issued before entry into force of this resolution to persons specified in article 10-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" are valid during the term for which they are issued, and/or before their replacement in accordance with the established procedure.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the paragraph of the tenth subitem 2 Items of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
