About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

1) in Item 12:

in subitem 2 of the word "other banks on conditions "swap"," to exclude;

state subitem 6 in the following edition:

"6) implementation of transactions by bank on conditions "swap":

with resident banks and/or the central partner having the right to implementation of clearing activities of the central partner according to the Law of Ukraine "About the capital markets and the organized goods markets" also obtained the license of the National Bank of Ukraine for implementation of calculations for currency transactions on conditions "swap" and payments in foreign currency according to transactions concerning the domestic government bonds nominated in foreign currency (further - the OVDP), and also other currency transactions necessary for implementation/ensuring such calculations within clearing activities of the central partner (further - the central partner);

with other resident clients on exchange of foreign currency within 1 group of the Qualifier and/or on purchase and sale of foreign currency if the first part of transaction provides purchase by bank from the client of foreign currency;";
