Bring in §33 Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2017, No. 70, Art. 2102; 2019, No. 84, the Art. 2856), changes which are applied.

1. To state paragraph two of Item 3 in the following edition:
"The chief developer of drafts of acts of the Cabinet of Ministers on the questions connected with implementation by the Cabinet of Ministers of powers of the subject of management or general meeting of JSC Ukrainskaya zheleznaya doroga is the Ministry of Infrastructure, other subjects of managing of public sector of economy - Ministry of Economics. At the request of the Prime Minister other central executive body or the cabinet minister can be determined by the chief developer of such drafts of acts of the Cabinet of Ministers. The chief developer of drafts of acts of the Cabinet of Ministers concerning management of national banks is the Ministry of Finance.".
